The singer came out wearing some crazy monster/carpet/preview for where the wild things are/costume with a huge head. There were flashing lamps on the stage, and the keyboardist to the right of the stage had some giant whalebone thing sticking out of her head. Oh and therse more....the whole place smelled of incense..which i suspect was coming out of either the lamps of the smoke machine.
