Remember a long time ago how I told you all how I love a hot, slow jam more than anything else? Well, here’s a great example. Like a perfect example. UK band Wave Machines, with their sometimes falsettos, put out this track and then it was so perfectly reworked by Artwork. I don’t really curse on here too often, but this track just makes me want to say “HECK”. Because I like it that much. I know you thought that it was the more high powered disco-esque tracks that define this site, but I really hope that when you think of the type of music that defines the site that it becomes more and more tracks like this. I like the songs that make you wait for it, even though your enjoying every minute. And that’s a good thing, because it takes a while before you get to the peak in the last 2 minutes. But all of the buildup just makes sense when you get there.

This song is the perfect argument for why I should always just wear headphones at work like everyone else instead of listening to my music so quietly that I miss all the good/subtle parts.
