It’s been quite some time since I’ve heard anything from one of my more well-liked groups that I was perpetually unable to catch live this year for an assortment of equally ridiculous and inexplicable reasons, Yeasayer. But after the glut of “ONE” remixes earlier this year, we’ve been given a fresh look at the song by Vancouver up-and-comers Teen Daze. They’ve taken the already upbeat track and given it a more electro-house feel with a kickin’ beat that really gives the already high-powered song a whole new flavor. And needless to say, when you combine Yeasayer and synth, I’m probably going to like it. I’ve been hearing some good things about the debut album from Teen Daze and am looking forward to giving it a hearty listen.
