Pitchfork just posted this new Zola Jesus track called “Seekir”. And as you know, she is my main squeeze right now, and I get to see her live next month at the Blind Pig. This song started and I was kind of like “eh”, and then like BOOM everything changed. Really a dancier number than I’m used to hearing from her, but after her recent appearance with M83 I realize it suits her quite nicely. And the photo that accompanies this song is pretty darn nice to look at as well.
