shwayze – get u home (alan wilkis remix)

our friend alan wilkis just put out a new remix yesterday and im definitely enjoying it so far. i think his touch is that he can take a song thats already got a great beat and just take it to a whole new level. we last heard it with his crazy good “sweet disposition” remix and thistime, hes been commissioned by shwayze to work his magic with the track “get u home” from the upcoming album “let it beat” (released november 3). not gonna lie, didnt really know who shwayze was, but the good part is that in looking him up i finally found out who cisco adler was. i guess i just knew he was someone famous that dated someone else famous but i guess i always thought he was like paris hilton, famous for being famous, but apparently hes in a band and discovered/performs with shwayze. i think my favorite part of the remix is definitely the crazy 8-bit nintendo sounding intro that hes thrown over the top of the beat and throughout the rest of the song. i think i typically like just about anything that has 8-bit nintendo sounds. im just sayin, if anyone wants to teach me how to do these kinds of things, i would probably not object to it.
